What if I order a product that sells out before my order is filled?

We reserve the right to substitute products placed on an order that is temporarily unavailable or sold out. We do our very best to keep our website up to date - but as this is a new world to us - our inventory control is not 100% especially with parishable goods. We will do our very best to accomodate you with a product of your choosing - as we are unable to offer refunds or credits at this time.

When will my order be ready?

We do our very best to fill most orders in 2-4 hours. If you place your order during closed business hours - please call us the next day before proceeding to our market for pick up. We may need extra time in the morning to complete orders depending on quantitiy of orders placed off hours.

When will the farm re open?

We are unable to estimate that at this particular time.

Where do I pick up my order?

When you arrive we ask that you give us a call at 905-473-3246. We will bring your order out to you on the porch. If you have placed a phone order there will be an option to pay by tap / credit card.
