Lovely Thai inspired soup with aromatic notes of coriander and coconut combined with chilli and lemon pepper to give a delicious balance of sweet and heat. Pour contents of jar into a pot. Add 6 cups of water and boil for 30 minutes.
Ingredients: red lentils, coconut flakes, coriander, chilli flakes, lemon seasoning, pepper, vegetable flakes, white rice.
